Proclamation Oil and Gas is owned and operated by Pope Van Cleef III. Pope is an Oklahoma City native and has been involved in the Oil and Gas Industry for 6 years. Along with his team, Pope works in conjunction with several well capitalized families and family offices to assist with their oil and gas investments and portfolio diversification efforts. To date through his involvement with various entities, Pope has helped deploy funds towards approximately 5,000 net royalty acres across Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas.
